By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Munda LLC is a licensed property freight broker that arranges the transportation of goods between shippers and carriers. We do not own or operate trucks. We act as an intermediary, connecting shippers who need freight moved with qualified carriers who provide transportation services.
Our brokerage services include:
- Dump truck brokerage for construction materials, fill dirt, aggregates, and debris
- Box truck brokerage for palletized goods, equipment, and general freight
- Cargo van brokerage for expedited deliveries and small freight
- Flatbed brokerage for oversized and construction loads
- Rate quoting, load matching, and dispatch coordination
2. Eligibility
To use our services as a carrier, you must:
- Hold active FMCSA operating authority (MC or DOT number)
- Maintain required insurance coverage, including commercial auto liability and cargo insurance
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Be at least 18 years of age
To use our services as a shipper, you must be authorized to arrange transportation of the goods you are shipping and be at least 18 years of age.
3. Rate Quotes and Pricing
Rate quotes provided through our website are estimates based on current market conditions, distance, truck type, and material. Final rates are confirmed upon booking and documented in a rate confirmation agreement. Quoted rates are not guaranteed until a rate confirmation is issued and accepted by both parties.
4. Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers who accept loads through Munda LLC agree to:
- Provide transportation services using properly maintained and insured equipment
- Arrive at pickup locations on time as specified in the rate confirmation
- Not re-broker, assign, or transfer any load to another carrier without written consent from Munda LLC
- Maintain active FMCSA authority and required insurance at all times
- Provide signed proof of delivery upon completion of each load
- Comply with all applicable transportation laws and regulations
5. Shipper Responsibilities
Shippers who post loads through Munda LLC agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the freight being shipped, including material type, weight, pickup and delivery locations, and any special requirements
- Ensure freight is properly prepared and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time
- Pay the agreed-upon rate as specified in the rate confirmation
- Disclose any hazardous materials or special handling requirements
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the rate confirmation for each load. Standard payment terms are net 30 days from receipt of signed proof of delivery and invoice. Munda LLC reserves the right to offer different payment terms on a case-by-case basis.
7. Non-Solicitation
Carriers and shippers introduced through Munda LLC agree not to directly solicit each other for transportation services outside of Munda LLC for a period of 12 months following the last load arranged through our brokerage. This provision exists to protect the business relationships that Munda LLC facilitates.
8. Limitation of Liability
Munda LLC acts as a broker and does not assume liability for loss, damage, or delay of freight during transportation. Carriers are responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of freight. Cargo claims should be directed to the carrier and their insurance provider. Munda LLC will assist in facilitating the claims process but is not liable for cargo loss or damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munda LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.
9. Insurance Requirements
All carriers must maintain the following minimum insurance coverage:
- Commercial auto liability insurance: minimum $1,000,000
- Cargo insurance: minimum $100,000
- Munda LLC must be listed as a certificate holder
Carriers must provide current certificates of insurance upon request and notify Munda LLC immediately of any changes to their insurance coverage.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
11. Intellectual Property
All content on mundallcfreight.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Munda LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Munda LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using our services at any time. Obligations that have already accrued (such as payment obligations) survive termination.
15. Changes to These Terms

16. Severability
